Training Times

Saturday 10.00-12.00 Sports Cage Indoor Mixed
Wednesday 2.00-5.00 Pantycelyn Fields Outdoor Mixed
Thursday 3.00-5.00 Sports Hall Indoor Mixed

The main mixed training sessions are Saturday morning and Wednesday afternoon, thursday afternoons will be used for games for the time being. We welcome all abilities from novice to expert, so come along and give it a try!

It is recommended that people bring football boots to outdoor practices and clothing suitable to the conditions. Also make sure you bring plenty of water to all training sessions
